Great early education starts with great people
Our childcare educators are experienced, warm and professionally committed to high quality practice. We prioritise ongoing professional learning, collaborative dialogue, critical reflection and intentional curriculum planning.
Our Educators
The standard we hold ourselves to
-
All educators hold Working With Children Checks, relevant ECEC qualifications and maintain current first aid, CPR and child protection certifications.
-
Our team engages in regular professional learning, collaborative planning and honest reflection on practice, not just compliance training.
-
Our educators are genuinely present with children, not managing a screen. Devices are tools, not substitutes for attention.
-
Leadership supports educators to think deeply about their role, their impact and their responsibility, with clarity and courage.
Our leadership team brings together deep early childhood expertise and a shared commitment to the kind of education Chisholm Early Education was built to provide.
