Child protection, first aid, CPR and supervision training. All paid, all annual. No out-of-pocket expense for mandatory requirements.

Programming time

Additional non-contact time allocated to all educators for programming, documentation and designated roles.

Individual studio resource budgets so you choose what goes into your space based on what your children actually need.

Dedicated professional development budget

To support our educators in expanding their skills.
